A PLEASURE-FILLED MORNING: a vibrant selection of regional, fresh and delicious home-made treats from our buffet breakfast makes it especially easy to enjoy a pleasure-filled start to your day. 

DINNER IN OUR PANORAMIC DINING ROOM: Here, our guests can enjoy a lovingly prepared 4-course meal. Savor regional specialties, creative delicacies, and great attention to detail—a relaxed and enjoyable end to an exciting day in the mountains.

RELAXING MOMENTS: Get yourself really cosy in MarliSpa on the 3rd floor, bolster your immune system in the sauna, enjoy the balancing energy of the water in the Infinity pool and the connection with nature. 

FOR COSYING UP: A wellness bag, including cosy bathing robe is already packed for you. Bring your own bathing slippers with you or, for a small fee, collect a pair from us at Reception

STAY FIT: Our fitness and Yoga room right next to MarliSPA on the 3rd floor is freely accessible to you for the duration of your stay.

TRUE FAVOURITE PLACES: whether it is in the lobby with a drink by the open fire, BEI ANNA for a sweet or savoury snack, or sunbathing on our terrace – you will always find your own new favourite spot. Enquire about the boardgames we have and our bar drinks list and dining menu.

YOUR PARKING SPACE RIGHT AT THE HOTEL: Like all our guests, you also have the option to park right at the hotel. If you are staying in one of our suites, then a parking space is already included for you in the underground garage.

RIGHT AT THE SKI PISTE: You have a choice here with us: will you take the Hochalmbahn or the Zwölfer Nordbahn? Both lift stations are very close by and are easy to get to on skis, by snowboard and on foot too.

FOR YOUR WINTER EQUIPMENT: You can store your equipment safely in your own heated locker in our ski room, where it will dry gently overnight, ready for the next day.

OUR SKI PASS SERVICE: To avoid waiting times at the ski pass ticket office, we can issue your ski pass for the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area directly at the hotel reception on request.

ALM 1350 GOURMET VOUCHER: How about a quick stop at our Alm 1350 restaurant, located right next to the Hochalmbahn cable car? Treat yourself and enjoy a few moments of pure indulgence while taking in the stunning mountain panorama.

GOURMET MOMENTS BEI ANNA: Sweet creations, celebration cakes, fine pastries and great coffee of course. BEI ANNA you get to enjoy delicious, sweet and savoury treats all day long. Even breakfast is something special – on request you can carry over the value of the buffet breakfast - which is included in your hotel deal - to the coffee house, and enjoy an à la carte breakfast BEI ANNA.

MEALS TO SHARE IN THE LOBBY: Arrive together and dine together – as a family, we always take the time to do that. You can also enjoy a cosy evening in our lobby and, together with your nearest and dearest, choose from a wide range of meals that have been specifically designed to share with others.

A SPECIAL OCCASION: We are happy to see to your heart’s desires straight away, but for specific requirements we do need a little bit of time. Let us know what cuisine you would like to savour, and we will get creative for you.

Information about prices and discounts

Our prices are ‘from’  prices and may vary depending on availability. Exclusive of local taxes (payable by those aged 15 and over) and the mobility tax. Discounts for children are – depending on age – applied to the room price and to food in the Marten. 

Please note that discounts may not be combined with other offers. More information and all the details can be received in an individual offer, on request.

Cancellation conditions & General information

WINTER 2025/26:
Until 4 weeks before arrival we do not charge any cancellation fee
From 4 weeks before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price
From 2 weeks before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
In case of no-show the full amount will be charged.

 

SUMMER 2025:
Cancellation of the reservation free of charge is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival.
From 2 weeks before arrival we charge an empty bed fee for the booked stay.
The empty bed fee is 90% of the apartment price.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Otherwise, Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Court of jurisdiction is Saalfelden.

General information

  • Check-In: Your room will be ready for check-in from 3.00 p.m.. If our girls are quicker, you are welcome to check into your room earlier. Otherwise you can start your vacation in the wellness area or on the slopes in the meantime. You will receive your wellness bag directly at reception. If you arrive very early, you are welcome to book breakfast for € 30,- per person. If you arrive after 8.00 p.m., just let us know so that our kitchen team can prepare something tasty.
  • Check-Out: We ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am. Late check-out until 16:00 including use of the spa is only possible on request on site. Late check out including Spa-Area till 04:00 p.m. is possible only on request. Price 30,00 € per person.
  • You can pay your bill in cash, with EC-card, Visa or Mastercard
  • Price is exclusive local tax 2,45 Euro per person and day (children up to 15 years excluded)

  • Our prices are starting prices and may vary depending on availability.

Dogs:

For travelers with dogs we offer our junior suites on the 1st floor with wooden floor.
We charge 35,-- Euro per dog/day (without food).
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.
Your four-legged friend can use the suite, the terrace, the bar and the lobby.

  • Adults pay 55,-- Euro per adult incl. gala menu
  • Children from 3 to 14 years pay 35,-- Euro incl. children's menu

New Year's Eve 31.12.

  • Adults pay 65,-- Euro per adult incl. gala menu
  • Children from 3 to 14 years pay 45,-- Euro incl. children's menu

Deposit:
A deposit of 25% of the total price will be charged per stay.

There is a parking lot with an electric charging station directly at the hotel.
