If she isn’t in BEI ANNA coffee house itself, then she will be attentively putting the final touches to a wedding cake, or preparing delicious treats for sweet experiences. As the daughter of the hotel proprietor, she also enjoys assuming her role as the sensitive, circumspect one, radiating calm wherever it is required.

Patisserie for events

Sweet creations for special moments, that is Anna’s favourite discipline. Whether it is wedding cakes, cakes for birthdays and christenings, fine pastries, tempting pralines, hand-made chocolate or other delicious treats – she enjoys taking a little longer to ponder the right combination, forgetting all about time in the realization.
