We are fortunate that we are able to get so many products direct from the family – for instance, Uncle Hannes takes care of our meats and sausages, Mum Juliane regularly bakes fresh bread, Anna provides the sweet treats in the hotel, while Marlis mixes fine cocktails and refreshing drinks. A true family business if you like.
We adore heading out into the garden and taking inspiration from nature for our next meal. The spirit and creativity of our staff flows into our meals. Combining the new with the tried and trusted. Always being open and trying out the seemingly unknown too – it is this that makes our Marten cuisine so variety-packed and vibrant. Quite simply something special.
