Welcome to our hotel: Arrive and take a deep breath of mountain air.
Welcome drink: On select evenings, we cordially invite you to join us for a welcome drink—a lovely opportunity to settle in and get to know one another.
Simply sleep well: Our cozy and stylishly furnished rooms and suites offer you the perfect retreat. Surrounded by mountains, fresh air and lots of nature, you will find the peace and quiet you long for.
An enjoyable morning: A colorful selection of regional, fresh and homemade delicacies from our breakfast buffet makes it particularly easy to start the day with pleasure.
Dinner in our panoramic dining room ‘FLEXIBLE’: with the ‘Flexible Marten breakfast Rate’, you can decide every day until noon whether you would like to dine with us in the evening. Here we will serve a fine 4-courses-menu for 48 euros per person/menu.
Dinner for our guests with half board: Here, our guests can expect a lovingly prepared multi-course menu. Enjoy regional specialities, creative delicacies and great attention to detail – a relaxed and enjoyable end to an exciting day in the mountains.
Relaxing moments: Make yourself really comfortable in the MarliSpa on the 3rd floor, strengthen your immune system in the sauna, enjoy the balancing energy of the water in the infinity pool and the connection to nature.
To snuggle up in: a wellness bag including a cozy bathrobe is already packed for you. Feel free to bring your own slippers or pick up a pair from reception for a small fee
Stay fit: Our moving- and yoga room right next to the MaliSPA on the 3rd floor is freely accessible to you for the entire duration of your stay.
Real favorite spots: Whether in the lobby with a drink by the fireplace, BEI ANNA for a sweet or savory snack or to soak up the sun on our terrace - always find a new favorite spot. Ask us about board games and our bar and restaurant menu.
Your parking space directly at the hotel: Like all our guests, you have the option of parking directly at the hotel. If you are staying in one of our suites, parking in the underground garage is already included for you.
Directly on the ski slope: With us, you have the choice: do you take the Hochalmbahn or the Zwölfer Nordbahn? Both lift stations are in the immediate vicinity and are easy to reach on skis, snowboard or on foot.
For your winter equipment: In our ski room, you can store your equipment safely in your own heated locker while it dries carefully for the next day.
Our ski pass service: To avoid waiting times at the ski pass cash desk, we can issue your ski pass for the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area directly at the hotel reception on request.
Alm 1350 pleasure voucher: Would you like to stop for a bite to eat at our Alm 1350 in the immediate vicinity of the Hochalmbahn? Enjoy yourself and collect a few real moments of pleasure with the finest mountain panorama.

DINNER IN OUR PANORAMIC DINING ROOM: Here, our guests can enjoy a lovingly prepared 4-course meal. Enjoy regional specialties, creative delicacies, and great attention to detail—a relaxed and enjoyable end to an exciting day in the mountains. On 24th of December all guests can look forward to an aperitif reception with Christmas celebrations followed by a gala dinner.

MOMENTS OF PLEASURE AT ANNA'S: Sweet creations, festive cakes, fine pastries, and, of course, good coffee. At ANNA'S, you can enjoy sweet and savory delicacies throughout the day. Even breakfast is something special – on request, you can take the value of the included breakfast buffet at the hotel to the coffee house and enjoy breakfast à la carte at ANNA'S.

A SPECIAL OCCASION: We are happy to fulfill your heart's desires immediately, but we need a little time for special requests. Tell us what you feel like eating, and we will get creative for you.

Information about prices and discounts

Our prices are ‘from’ prices and may vary depending on availability. Exclusive of local taxes (payable by those aged 15 and over) and the mobility tax. Discounts for children are – depending on age – applied to the room price and to food in the Marten.

Please note that discounts may not be combined with other offers. More information and all the details can be received in an individual offer, on request.

Cancellation fees & General information

WINTER 2025/26:
We do not charge a cancellation fee up to 28 days before arrival.
From 28 to 7 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.
From 7 days to 1 day before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged

SUMMER 2026:
Cancellation of the reservation free of charge is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival.
From 2 weeks before arrival we charge an empty bed fee for the booked stay.
The empty bed fee is 90% of the apartment price.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Otherwise, Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Court of jurisdiction is Saalfelden.

General information

Check-In: Your room will be ready for check-in from 3.00 p.m.. If our girls are quicker, you are welcome to check into your room earlier. Otherwise you can start your vacation in the wellness area or on the slopes in the meantime. You will receive your wellness bag directly at reception. If you arrive very early, you are welcome to book breakfast for € 30,- per person. If you arrive after 8.00 p.m., just let us know so that our kitchen team can prepare something tasty.
Check-Out: We ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am. Late check-out until 16:00 including use of the spa is only possible on request on site. Late check out including Spa-Area till 04:00 p.m. is possible only on request. Price 30,00 € per person.
You can pay your bill in cash, with EC-card, Visa or Mastercard
Price is exclusive local tax 2,45 Euro per person and day (children up to 15 years excluded)

Dogs:

For travelers with dogs we offer our junior suites on the 1st floor with wooden floor.
We charge 35,-- Euro per dog/day (without food).
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.
Your four-legged friend can use the suite, the terrace, the bar and the lobby.

Adults pay 25,-- Euro per adult incl. gala menu
Children from 3 to 14 years pay 12,-- Euro incl. children's menu

New Year's Eve 31.12.

Adults pay 45,-- Euro per adult incl. gala menu
Children from 3 to 14 years pay 32,-- Euro incl. children's menu

Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the total price will be charged per stay.

E-charging station for car:
There is a parking lot with an electric charging station directly at the hotel.
This is provided by Salzburg-AG: Salzburg AG - charging station

Underground car park:
Underground parking is included for guests staying in suites.
Guests staying in double rooms park in front of the building and can book underground parking for 12 Euro per day, subject to availability.

Late check out:
If possible, you are welcome to stay in the room longer on the day of departure and enjoy the day with us.
- Late check-out until 2:00 p.m. including MarliSpa 62.00 euros per person
- Late check out until 4:00 p.m. including MarliSpa 85.00 euros per person
