The mission of our kitchen team?

To bring imagination, colour and freshness to your plate. And it’s one that can only be fulfilled with an abundance of passion for cooking. With this in mind, our chefs train their palates and hone their culinary skills on a regular basis. And you can taste this too. They also attach great importance to quality and regional provenance when it comes to the selection of ingredients to conjure up traditional and international delicacies – which are always fresh and served à la minute.

This means our guests are always treated to the best, freshest and most delicious fare that nature has to offer – from morning to evening, from breakfast to dinner.

Our Marten gourmet board

  • A richly-varied breakfast buffet with home-made treats, freshly-prepared egg dishes, a muesli corner, fresh fruit and vegetables, juices and sweet creations
  • Multi-course evening menu. You can choose between several main dishes depending on what takes your fancy. And it goes without saying that we also have a vegetarian option for you.
  • In the summer we also offer a daily indulgence buffet with crispy salads and regional cheese selections

Restaurant times

  • From 7:30 am to 10 am you can build your energy reserves for the day at our breakfast buffet.
  • In summer we serve a restorative afternoon buffet from 2 pm to 4 pm
  • Between 6 pm and 8 pm you are invited to evening dinner in our delicacy restaurant
