Up the mountain together.

In the team we like to compare our daily activities together with a mountain run.

Why a mountain run? Well, firstly because each of us has a passion for the breathtaking mountain scenery of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. There’s a good reason why our motto is: The Marten. For love of the mountains. This is one of the things that unites us in our leisure interests and spurs us on in our job.

But why a run? It’s quite simple! Each of our colleagues has found their way to us here at the Marten – their personal starting shot for the mountain run you could say. From here we continue the run together. With each individual contributing their own, unique strengths. And this is good because the course isn’t just straight but takes many turns and is also demanding. At times we run side by side, like on a relaxing jogging session with friends. On other occasions we run in turn, like in a relay race, during which the performance of each individual affects that of the team as a whole.

Admittedly, the course sometimes runs across country. But it always takes us higher and never downhill. It’s a challenging run, an instructive course with eventful stages, short sprints and relaxing jogging phases. And we don’t need lone wolves for this endeavour but to pool our strengths and convince as a team. Quite simply it’s a collective mountain run.
