WELCOME HERE WITH US: arrive and enjoy a little cocktail on the house in our lobby; with or without alcohol.

A PLEASURE-FILLED MORNING: a vibrant selection of regional, fresh and delicious home-made treats from our buffet breakfast makes it especially easy to enjoy a pleasure-filled start to your day.

RELAXING MOMENTS: Get yourself really cosy in MarliSpa on the 3^rd floor, bolster your immune system in the sauna, enjoy the balancing energy of the water in the Infinity pool and the connection with nature.

FOR COSYING UP: A wellness bag, including cosy bathing robe is already packed for you. Bring your own bathing slippers with you or, for a small fee, collect a pair from us at Reception

STAY FIT: Our fitness and Yoga room right next to MarliSPA on the 3^rd floor is freely accessible to you for the duration of your stay.

TRUE FAVOURITE PLACES: whether it is in the lobby with a drink by the open fire, BEI ANNA for a sweet or savoury snack, or sunbathing on our terrace – you will always find your own new favourite spot. Enquire about the boardgames we have and our bar drinks list and dining menu.

YOUR PARKING SPACE RIGHT AT THE HOTEL: Like all our guests, you also have the option to park right at the hotel. If you are staying in one of our suites, then a parking space is already included for you in the underground garage.

RIGHT AT THE SKI PISTE: You have a choice here with us: will you take the Hochalmbahn or the Zwölfer Nordbahn? Both lift stations are very close by and are easy to get to on skis, by snowboard and on foot too.

FOR YOUR WINTER EQUIPMENT: You can store your equipment safely in your own heated locker, where it will gently dry and be ready for next day.

OUR SKI PASS SERVICE: To avoid queuing at the ski pass pay point, on request we can issue your ski pass for the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area direct in the hotel at Reception.

ALM 1350 GOURMET GIFT VOUCHER: Would you like to enjoy a little refreshment stop in Alm 1350, close to the Hochalmbahn? Relax and enjoy some gourmet moments with the finest mountain panorama.

To us, pleasure is a specific philosophy. You get to choose when, where and how you want to experience our Marten cuisine. Informal, and wholly in keeping with your own inclination. Just whatever suits you. Follow your gut instinct and choose from:

EVENING MENU IN THREE COURSES: Let us suggest a three-course evening menu, or choose your favourite dishes from various starters, mains and desserts and organise a menu to suit your palate.

GOURMET MOMENTS BEI ANNA: Sweet creations, celebration cakes, fine pastries and great coffee of course. BEI ANNA you get to enjoy delicious, sweet and savoury treats all day long. Even breakfast is something special – on request you can carry over the value of the buffet breakfast - which is included in your hotel deal - to the coffee house, and enjoy an à la carte breakfast BEI ANNA.

MEALS TO SHARE IN THE LOBBY: Arrive together and dine together – as a family, we always take the time to do that. You can also enjoy a cosy evening in our lobby and, together with your nearest and dearest, choose from a wide range of meals that have been specifically designed to share with others.

A SPECIAL OCCASION: We are happy to see to your heart’s desires straight away, but for specific requirements we do need a little bit of time. Let us know what cuisine you would like to savour, and we will get creative for you.

Information about prices and discounts

Our prices are ‘from’ prices and may vary depending on availability. Exclusive of local taxes (payable by those aged 15 and over) and the mobility tax. Discounts for children are – depending on age – applied to the room price and to food in the Marten.

Please note that discounts may not be combined with other offers. More information and all the details can be received in an individual offer, on request.

Cancellation conditions in winter

Up to 4 weeks before arrival we do not require any cancellation fees.
From 4 weeks before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.
From 2 weeks before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
In the event of no-show, the full amount is charged.

Otherwise, Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Court of jurisdiction is Saalfelden.
