At the Hotel Marten breakfast buffet you will find all kinds of home-made products, a muesli corner with granola, nuts and a variety of sweet creations from our Anna’s bakery. Fresh fruit, vegetables and juices can also be found at our copious buffet. Our breakfast chef also prepares the best egg dishes which are sure to put a smile on your face.

We attach great importance to regional provenance and quality when selecting our products. We have been close friends for decades with our mountain farmer neighbours and source our ingredients from the region whenever we can. We simply think that friendships are sealed through the stomach.
