How quickly the next generation is growing up is something that our longstanding guests in particular remind us about from time to time. We are proud that our daughters Marlis and Anna have also been able to find fulfilling careers in our hotel – and above all wanted to. Anna has made our pâtisserie her empire, having found her great passion in baking. And as everyone knows, if you have a passion for something you do it well. So she is always being praised to the heavens by our guests for her sweet creations, much to the pleasure of her family and team.
